On Sunday Nick decided he doesnt need training wheels anymore. So he is flying high. It is amazing how when your kids reach landmarks like that it tugs on your heart strings.
It is super hard right now to get there pictures together. I thought this one turned out well. Lexi found a love for suckers and had to have one the whole night. The wagon ride to the trunk or treat
SMILE
Meow- Alexandria made such a cute cat.
Not to mention her brother the super hero...
SPIDER MAN
We had a super fun Halloween this year. We made Halloween pictures and black rice krispie treats for family. We went to the city trick or treat, to our trunk or treat, and to grandparents houses. I love the holidays with kids! They are so fun!
Alexandria's favorite new thing is to climb on our stools and smile. She is getting so big. Yesterday was her first night eating at the table and she can now for the most part drink from a cup.
Nick frosted the cake all by himself. He said that he tried to make spider webs on it.
This was Nick's finished product. He did sharp teeth and triangle eyes. He drew the face and then Spencer cut it. This is the Lexi's face after she had gotten the marker on her hands...So funny.
Here is her finished product.
Lexi coloring the pumpkin.
Nick drawing the face on his pumpkin.
For Spencer's family party we carved pumpkins. It was fun.
The first day of snow here was actually Spencer's birthday. The kids were so excited. Nick was way excited and Alexandria caught the excitement. Nicholas thought the greatest thing to do would be to ride bikes and scooters in the snow.
A few days before it was nice weather and the kids played in our leaves.
This is the first year that our tree had so many leaves! :)
Every year we go to Santiquin and visit the Red Barn. They have a fun tractor hayride to the pumpkin patch. I thought it looked so cute I wanted to get a good picture of both the kids. Here are my attempts. So tricky. But, we had a lot of fun and loved the donuts and fresh apple juice.
A couple Weeks ago we went to a fall fest at Thanksgiving Point. We have been before. But, this time it was my mom and dad me and the kids. It was the first time Nick tried to do the pedal tractors by himself. Sorry...I think this is cute. They are so fun. Here we were on a hayride.
They had giant wood toys and here is Alexandria being careful not to bump.
CHOO_CHOO all aboard!
They had a giant rocking chair. That was way fun. Nick was my daring little man.
